Dr. Chen focused on the mechanism and cohort study of hypertension, chronic renal insufficiency, and electrolytes disorder in rare tubular interstitial disease. She is the core member of the PUMCH rare disease group leading the National Rare disease Registration System and the National Rare Disease Clinical Network and the expert of the National Rare Diseases Committee (National Health Committee). Chen was the PI of the National C-CRISS cohort study and the National CRISS-MBD study. She published more the 90 international original papers and several medical textbooks as the associate editor.
