Renal dietitian currently working at the Parma University Hospital. Recently obtained my PhD from Maastricht University. My current work focus on body composition, sarcopenia and nutritional status evaluation of nephropathic patients, specially on the development of new modalities for assessing skeletal muscle mass. Current a board member of the European Renal Nutrition working group of the ERA society and a member of the working group for the latest ESPEN guideline on clinical nutrition in hospitalized patients with acute or chronic kidney disease.
