My name is Yukie Kitajima and I am a registered dietitian, associate Profess for Tokyo Healthcare University. I enjoy providing dietary guidance and nutritional management for patients with various living backgrounds. I graduated from the Tokushima University Graduate School, Dept. ofNutritionand Metabolism Institute of Health Bioscienc in 2011 with a PhD's Degree in Nutriton. I am the head of the secretariat of the Japanese Society of RenalNutrition and Metabolism.
