Nutritionist and scholarship holder in the Postgraduate Master's Program in Medical Sciences at the Fluminense Federal University (UFF/Niterói - Rio de Janeiro) focusing on kidney diseases and their risk factors (diabetes and hypertension). Postgraduate student in Renal Nutrition in Nephrology (INADES). Works as a clinical nutritionist at the Renal Nutrition Outpatient Clinic at UFF and is a member of the Nephrology research group at UFF. Current intervention research: 70% cocoa chocolate supplementation, propolis, sulforaphane and curcumin.
